Program Manager OFC - Global Power Electronics (HVACR and power electronics): Owning end-to-end delivery of global product programs across engineering, product, operations, and commercial functions with an accent on scope, schedule, cost, resource, and risk management. Focus on phase-gate governance, technical and manufacturing readiness, business-case performance, executive communication, and resolving cross-functional trade-offs.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned programs, including scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Drive phase-gate execution, scope governance, resource planning, and technical and manufacturing readiness for product launches.
- Manage cost plans and business-case performance, including gross margin, profitability, return metrics, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, prepare executive-level status communications, and escalate risks, conflicts, and strategic trade-offs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen lean program management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, or in leading cross-functional product development initiatives.
- Experience managing programs with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Experience working with engineering, product, and operations teams in cross-functional environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, align resources, and resolve conflicts across functions and geographies.
Nice to have
- MBA or PMP certification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in electronics, refrigeration systems, or global product development environments.
