Senior Program Delivery Leader (AI)

Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States; hybrid, with teams in the office an average of four days per week

Salary: $100,000–$230,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the integrated delivery model for Ford’s AI-enabled Content Supply Chain transformation.
• Translate the transformation agenda into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and decision points.
• Design and manage governance forums, operating rhythms, status reporting, escalation paths, and executive updates.
• Coordinate Ford, WPP, agency, production, platform, data, technology, analytics, legal, and finance stakeholders.
• Lead resource planning, budget tracking, burn management, scope alignment, forecasting, and delivery health.
• Operationalize connected, scalable ways of working across intake, briefing, production, asset management, approval, activation, measurement, and optimization.

Requirements

• Senior experience in program delivery, transformation, operations, or delivery management within complex agency, consulting, marketing, digital, technology, production, or enterprise environments.
• Experience managing large, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders, partners, platforms, and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, resource planning, risk and dependency management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Business-level understanding of enterprise MarTech and content ecosystems, including Adobe, Salesforce, DAM, workflow, analytics, AI-enabled production, and decisioning tools.
• Experience establishing processes, governance models, and delivery systems while managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Automotive experience, especially in a Ford-related or comparable enterprise environment.
