What you will do
- Track toy development progress across design, engineering, and packaging.
- Coordinate information updates and reporting across offices in the US, Hong Kong, and China.
- Maintain project schedules in the project management system.
- Analyze historical toy development data and prepare performance reports against standard lead times.
- Escalate development, manufacturing, and quality issues and assign ownership for resolution.
- Prioritize work according to project critical-path activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or English-related studies.
- At least 1 year of project management experience in complex consumer product development.
- Proficient English for coordination and reporting across international offices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Precise data-entry skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of project integration management, project management methodologies, tools, and project life cycles.
