Marketplace Business Operations Program Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Santa Ana, California or Jersey City, New Jersey; remote and hybrid candidates may be considered. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite most of the time. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $110,000–$180,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Manage operational functions supporting the day-to-day running of the marketplace business.
• Build scalable systems that replace manual processes and support growth.
• Deliver large-scale business transformation projects from start to finish.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish operational rigor and cadences.
• Manage bespoke billing and fulfillment programs for key accounts.
• Use AI and other tools to automate business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce business operations, strategy, or program management, or 3+ years in management consulting.
• Generalist approach and willingness to work across a wide range of projects.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
