Program Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Act as the interface between customers and hirify.global to ensure program execution and delivery.
• Understand customer needs, represent customer interests, and provide on-site advocacy.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver scope objectives with high quality.
• Manage customer satisfaction through collaborative relationship management with Account Management and Sales.
• Apply PM standard work processes and support onboarding of new program management staff.
• Develop local best practices and maintain data integrity in Planview in accordance with global PPM CoE standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience; senior-profile candidates may also be considered.
• Fluent Mandarin and business English proficiency required.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• PMP or another relevant project management certification is preferred.
