Customer Service Representative with English

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working schedule

hirify.global produces specialty chemicals and sustainable solutions for water-intensive industries, including water treatment chemistries, process aids, additives, cleaners, disinfectants, and monitoring systems.

What you will do

• Receive, enter, and manage customer orders from receipt through shipment and returns.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone and resolve issues promptly.
• Track order statuses, communicate risks and solutions, and coordinate with European plants, external warehouses, and logistics providers.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and take action on their needs.
• Receive and resolve customer claims and complaints proactively, providing feedback on complaint status.
• Support transport and logistics optimization projects.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or administration; candidates with logistics internships are welcome.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Analytical skills, decision-making ability, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure and handle ambiguity.
• Teamwork, multitasking, creativity, engagement, listening, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
