Project/Program Management New College Grad- Bachelor's (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. The role includes onsite physical work, possible clean-room work, and 10% travel. Flexibility to support European and Asian customers is required. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $60,000–$77,000 per year

What you will do

• Support project and program objectives, including outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
• Track product and process specifications, project costs, resource utilization, and completion timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development phases and share information with relevant functional areas.
• Support data collection for material and financial resources.
• Analyze material usage and cost impacts to identify repair opportunities across business units.
• Coordinate with planning, supply chain, engineering, and other stakeholders through qualification and production release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a relevant discipline.
• Ability to analyze information, apply standard procedures, and make judgments on routine problems.
• Ability to work semi-autonomously, support meetings, and track metrics and objectives.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin and perform extended standing, walking, bending, lifting, and clean-room duties with required personal protective equipment.
• Flexibility to support customers in European and Asian time zones or regions.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Experience with operational process development and continuous improvement.
