What you will do

• Own physical security and safety operations across the Americas region, improving processes as part of a global program.
• Oversee the service delivery and performance of security providers in partnership with Campus Operations.
• Lead regional security and safety incident management, including post-incident reviews and coordinated responses.
• Deliver security and safety planning for major marketing and internal events, executing appropriate risk frameworks.
• Monitor geopolitical developments to assess potential impacts on people, travel, and regional operations.
• Conduct site security risk assessments and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth of experience in corporate security, risk, and physical security operations.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and hold them to high performance standards.
• Experience leading incident response or investigations in complex environments.
• Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills to influence and adapt to various audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco for onsite work.
