What you will do

• Lead global executive protection, protective intelligence, and executive workplace security operations for senior leadership.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments covering executives, residences, workplaces, events, and domestic or international travel.
• Develop executive travel security plans, advance assessments, contingency procedures, and emergency response protocols for elevated-risk locations.
• Manage crisis response activities, incident escalation and resolution policies, security reporting, and continuous improvement reviews.
• Oversee executive protection vendors, armed security providers, drivers, vehicles, budgets, contracts, and performance KPIs.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop protection personnel, drivers, analysts, and security professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, military, or law enforcement, including 3 or more years in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, observational, crisis management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with open-source intelligence analysis and security, communication, and collaboration technologies.
• Proficiency in first aid, defensive driving, and evasive driving; ability to manage high-stress situations.
• Frequent and short-notice travel is required, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• CCW certification.
• Certified Protection Professional, Executive Protection Specialist, or similar international security certification.
• Global experience, multilingual abilities, and strong geographic understanding.
