Protective Services Associate

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States; rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $80,200–$118,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Provide round-the-clock physical security coverage at an executive residential property as part of a rotating shift team.
• Monitor cameras and access points, document activity, and report security-relevant findings to the intelligence function.
• Screen and coordinate visitors, deliveries, and vendors according to established protocols.
• Coordinate schedules, shift handoffs, executive travel coverage, drivers, and other Protective Services personnel.
• Respond to incidents and anomalies using established escalation procedures.
• Support executives as a discreet, professional, and trusted point of contact.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail when monitoring cameras, logs, and communications and preparing clear reports.
• Calm judgment and the ability to determine when to act, escalate, or hold position.
• Physical fitness, including the ability to walk and run on hills, is required.
• Integrity, discretion, confidentiality, professional presentation, and a composed demeanor.
• Comfort learning security systems, communications tools, and reporting software, with willingness to work rotating shifts.
