Salary: $152,000 – $228,000

What you will do

• Define global physical security standards, policies, and risk-based site security programs across all offices.
• Establish crisis management, emergency protocols, and business continuity preparedness for evacuation and active-threat scenarios.
• Own access control, badging, visitor management, and CCTV surveillance standards and systems.
• Lead physical security incident response, investigations, and threat assessments for workplace violence.
• Manage guarding and security technology providers, monitoring performance and service delivery.
• Drive the identification and adoption of automation and AI opportunities within physical security operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
• 10+ years of corporate physical security experience, including program leadership.
• Expertise in access control, surveillance, incident response, emergency preparedness, and travel-risk processes.
• Must be based in the United States to comply with the hybrid work model.
• Strong provider-management and executive-level stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certification such as CPP.
