Quality Control Inspector NDT

What you will do

• Inspect precision-machined parts, assemblies, and components against engineering specifications using GD&T principles.
• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections with pin gages, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
• Conduct incoming and in-process NDT inspections using radiographic and dye penetrant testing methods.
• Record inspection status in SAP and quality records.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers, suppliers, and source inspectors.
• Ensure product quality, workmanship, process compliance, and adherence to applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency with NDT methods and equipment.
• ASNT Level II or III certification, or the ability to become certified after hire.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to nuclear manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in precision mechanical inspection within a manufacturing quality-control environment.
• Flexible, positive, and adaptive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
