What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives, including AI-enabled go-to-market actions for partner motions.
• Own partner reporting for management visibility and recommend new initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Identify new strategic partnerships outside Italy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and German required.

• French, Italian, or Spanish language skills.
