Lead - Global Forecasting (Pharmaceutical Forecasting)

What you will do

• Develop, document, and communicate short- and long-term patient, volume, and revenue forecasts for in-line and launch products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Market Research, Sales, and Patient Support teams on forecast inputs, strategic planning, and commercial assessments.
• Enhance forecast models, incorporate access and pricing assumptions, conduct payer mix analyses, and generate price-volume waterfalls.
• Develop scenarios to quantify risks and opportunities, pressure-test assumptions using analogue analyses and external forecasts, and explain outputs to commercial and global leadership.
• Coordinate global forecast aggregation, monthly supply chain planning, S&OP inputs, and alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Oversee Hub team activities, timelines, prioritization, GTMC process implementation, and projects supporting forecasting and commercial assessment.

Requirements

• BA/BS and at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech forecasting; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills, including experience designing, developing, and maintaining short- and long-term forecast models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or data science methodologies to complex quantitative problems.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, VBA, SQL, R, Python, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, patient-level data, specialty pharmacy data, and payer or health insurance environments.
• Project management experience and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
