RN Clinical Educator (Ambulatory Clinical Services)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for ambulatory clinical staff.
• Develop onboarding programs and role-specific competency assessments for new and existing clinical hires.
• Deliver continuing education focused on clinical skills, patient safety, and best practices.
• Assess learning needs and identify gaps related to organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation of new workflows, services, clinical protocols, policies, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, care teams, and staff to promote professional development and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse license required.
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in clinical education, staff development, or training.
• Strong primary care experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, assessment, prioritization, and collaboration skills, plus knowledge of adult learning principles.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Certification in Nursing Education, Ambulatory Care Nursing, or Clinical Nurse Specialist practice.
• Ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience and progressive education or clinical leadership experience.
• Experience with Epic EMR.
• Massachusetts RN license or BLS Instructor certification.
