Registered Nurse, RN-Educator, Operating Room (Nursing Education)

Location: Operating Room, Main Campus, Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite, day shift, 40 hours per week.

Salary: $91,879.42–$117,150.49 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
• Coordinate orientation for nursing staff joining the organization or unit.
• Deliver competency-based learning focused on skills improvement and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, staff, and hospital departments on clinical education and standards implementation.
• Support clinical problem-solving, critical-thinking development, and professional nursing practice.
• Lead committees and projects related to educational activities and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• At least three years of RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Advanced clinical assessment, treatment, and evaluation capabilities, with strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
