What you will do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs for designated patients.
• Manage patient and family-centered care from admission through discharge.
• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
• Serve as a patient and family advocate while coordinating care among healthcare providers.
• Apply current healthcare practices, technology, pharmacology, and treatment modalities.
• Support quality, safety, clinical inquiry, and evidence-based care initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license or license eligibility required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Three years of case management experience required.
• Advanced nursing knowledge and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required depending on the department and care provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Specialty nursing certifications.
