Customer Service Rep (Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing)

Location: Sterling, Virginia, United States; onsite work with occasional travel to customer sites

Salary: $49,753–$78,642 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium for eligible alternative shifts.

What you will do

• Initiate quotes, enter sales orders, complete order-entry checklists, and send order acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with production control to meet requested lead times, ship dates, forecasts, and customer inventory requirements.
• Manage order changes, expedites, pushouts, cancellations, holds, new parts, and customer documentation.
• Monitor shipments and consignment inventory, transmit customer charges, and support invoicing and payment resolution.
• Coordinate returns and RMA processing with the quality department, including approvals and return-order setup.
• Work with operations, engineering, quality, accounting, buyers, account managers, and program managers to resolve customer issues and improve cycle times.

Requirements

• Ability to comply with US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
• A&D experience is required; previous Oracle experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of printed circuit board manufacturing and inside sales functions is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and word-processing software, internet tools, and written and oral communication.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of manufacturing or PCB experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted is required.
