Customer Service Manager (Labels Manufacturing)

Location: St. Charles, IL, USA; 1st shift, full-time

Salary: $78,700–$125,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Customer Service team.
• Manage workflow, workload distribution, job assignments, staffing coverage, and customer requirement prioritization.
• Coordinate communication between Customer Service, Sales, Production, Prepress, Quality, Shipping, and other operational teams.
• Support complex orders involving specifications, artwork, proofing, production timing, materials, finishing, shipping, and delivery expectations.
• Resolve customer concerns, production challenges, scheduling conflicts, and service-related issues with customers and Sales Representatives.
• Improve processes, account coverage, communication, operational efficiency, and employee technical knowledge of label manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the function of work.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing a team.
• 5+ years of change management experience.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work full-time on the 1st shift in St. Charles, Illinois.
