Customer Service Representative I

What you will do

• Manage and resolve customer issues while coordinating with internal teams and external customers.
• Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and customers.
• Coordinate demand-management actions and order changes to support monthly plans.
• Analyze pricing discrepancies, plant capacity, available-to-promise status, and credit information to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment information in Oracle systems and generate shipment confirmations, shipment lists, and open-order reports.
• Expedite critical and past-due orders and monitor shipments against customer on-time delivery targets.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours with at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, computer, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including email, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of internal management and external customers.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

• Oracle experience.
