Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift (Printed Circuit Boards)

Location: Stafford, CT, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Manage customer accounts, orders, order changes, quotations, pricing, and RFQs.
• Work with blueprints and purchase orders to prepare accurate pricing and enter customer orders.
• Build relationships with customer contacts across quality, production control, source inspection, operations, and site leadership.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and production control to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and company issues with urgency, while facilitating meetings and follow-up.
• Use TTM’s Praxa business system and Customer Connect quoting system, and follow all safety and export-control procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred; experience in the printed wiring board business is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to use Excel for data tracking and graphing.
• Good English verbal and written communication, professional phone etiquette, basic mathematics, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software and perform computer-based data entry for up to 10 hours per day.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR requirements; regular attendance is essential.
