What you will do

• Respond accurately to consumer, service center, and distributor calls about company policies and procedures.
• Verify and authorize warranty coverage and guide callers through warranty and non-warranty service.
• Resolve consumer and authorized service center issues while applying company policies flexibly.
• Provide information about parts purchasing locations and repair services.
• Handle warranty claims, stock issues, and lost or damaged freight with internal customers.
• Enter orders and provide pricing, stock availability, and order status updates.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Onsite work in Anderson, South Carolina required.
• At least one year of experience in TTI customer service, a call center, or a closely related field with inbound call experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, phone skills, and the ability to handle irate callers and high-stress situations professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Access is a plus.
