Customer Service Rep (Packaging Equipment)

What you will do

• Process daily parts orders and job travelers for non-stock items.
• Respond to internal and external requests for quotations, customer inquiries, and order-status requests.
• Follow up on quotations and identify opportunities to grow parts and service revenue.
• Build customer relationships by recommending parts solutions, spare-parts programs, and aftermarket support that improve equipment uptime.
• Maintain accurate customer contacts, part numbers, pricing, orders, and database information.
• Collaborate with sales, materials, engineering, service, management, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with order processing, customer inquiries, and upselling.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and communicate effectively with managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain accuracy when handling customer and parts information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
