Lab Supervisor, Chemistry, Serology & Reference Lab Testing (Medical Laboratory)

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time onsite role with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Friday schedule.

What you will do

• Lead technical operations across the Chemistry, Serology, and Send-Out departments.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to laboratory staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely testing while maintaining clinical quality standards.
• Monitor regulatory and accreditation compliance and lead quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources, resolve operational problems, and promote a safe and respectful workplace.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ASCP certification or equivalent preferred; eligibility to take the certification examination required.
• Completion of a CLSI-accredited internship or military laboratory training program.
• At least five years of laboratory experience and leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to patient care, safety, and continuous improvement.
