Engineering Internship - P&G CDMX Plants

Location: Vallejo Plant, Mexico City, Mexico; on-site. Plants are located in Vallejo, Naucalpan, and Alce Blanco.

Salary: MXN 9,000–18,000 gross per month, depending on hours worked.

What you will do

• Support real engineering and manufacturing projects alongside experienced professionals.
• Analyze industrial processes, equipment performance, and operational data.
• Contribute to digital automation, continuous improvement, quality, and process engineering initiatives.
• Support production, packing, warehouse organization, equipment installation, and pallet setup.
• Assist with health, safety, environmental, and project management activities.
• Develop practical problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and data analysis skills.

Requirements

• Current engineering student in any discipline, expecting to graduate between December 2027 and December 2028.
• Technical proficiency relevant to manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance and operational data.
• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and leadership potential.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework in project management or process improvement.
• Knowledge of sustainability or environmental management principles.
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.
