What you will do

• Maintain and grow a book of business generating more than $500,000 in revenue.
• Serve as the Account Executive for client accounts and manage overall client relationships.
• Develop strategic plans, service model expectations, and client communications.
• Manage C-suite relationships, client satisfaction, profitability, retention, and organic growth.
• Partner with sales leaders, account management staff, and subject matter experts on prospecting, sales presentations, and account strategy.
• Represent USI at meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events while pursuing cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, as a carrier, or in related business-to-business sales.
• Strong understanding of Employee Benefits or Property and Casualty.
• Superior written, verbal communication, presentation, listening, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Consultative, positive, resourceful, customer-focused, and goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work with senior-level management and demonstrate executive presence.
• College degree and current insurance licensing are preferred.
