Location: London, United Kingdom; up to 50% travel throughout Europe.

What you will do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale ADMS programmes covering SCADA, OMS, DMS, and DERMS.
- Own end-to-end delivery across multi-vendor environments, including Schneider, GE, Siemens, and Oracle systems.
- Provide technical leadership on SCADA telemetry and control, DMS operations, OMS workflows, DERMS integration, and grid operations.
- Guide network modelling, CIM, IEC standards, API, event-driven integration, performance, resilience, and availability decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams while establishing delivery standards and reusable assets.
- Engage utility stakeholders through design workshops, steering committees, technical governance, and executive-level advisory work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- 12+ years of consultancy, advisory, or delivery experience, with significant utility industry experience.
- Essential experience with ADMS vendors and deep knowledge of SCADA, DMS, OMS, DERMS, and grid operations.
- Strong understanding of CIM standards, IEC protocols, IT/OT architecture, integration architectures, and utility standards including IEC-60870-5-104, ICCP, and IEC 61968/61970/62325.
- Experience leading large-scale programmes and multi-vendor environments, managing technical risks, and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Europe.

- Experience with cloud or hybrid OT architectures.
- Experience developing delivery accelerators, methodologies, and reusable technical collateral.
