PMO Solutions Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: Onsite at the headquarters in Castle Rock, Colorado, United States

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, paid weekly

What you will do

• Partner with regional operations and support teams to identify inefficiencies and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows and automations using Joulz, Power Automate, scripting tools, and custom integrations.
• Build solutions across the Joulz platform using C#/.NET, Dart/Flutter, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, SharePoint, Salesforce, and project management systems to enable reliable data flow.
• Help operate Azure and Kubernetes infrastructure, including GitHub Actions CI/CD, Flux CD GitOps deployments, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Blob Storage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, support end users, document solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies including AI and LLMs.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience identifying problems and implementing automation or application solutions.
• At least five years of experience with Power Automate, iPaaS/middleware, or custom API integrations.
• At least four years of experience planning or implementing enterprise software such as CRM, ERP, or project management systems.
• At least two years of experience or strong interest in AI/LLM development, prompt engineering, model APIs, or cloud AI services.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and GitHub Copilot, plus proficiency in at least one relevant coding or scripting language.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, ASP.NET Core, and Flutter.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may substitute.
