  • Experience applying systems engineering principles to complex radar, sensor, electronic warfare, combat-system, or comparable technical systems.
  • Experience with requirements development, decomposition, allocation, traceability, system specifications, interface definition, and MBSE methods and tools.
  • Experience conducting analyses involving radar, RF, spectrum, or electromagnetic systems and preparing technical reports, analyses, and presentations.
  • Current DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one; U.S. citizenship and on-site work at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren are required.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, or another STEM discipline.
  • Experience with the SPY-6 radar program or advanced naval radar programs.
  • Experience with radar signal processing, waveform development, clutter management, electronic protection, MATLAB, or MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody.
  • Experience supporting Navy or Department of Defense acquisition, systems engineering, research and development, or model verification and validation activities.
