Manufacturing Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Quapaw, Oklahoma, United States; onsite manufacturing operations. Travel may include up to 5%. Relocation may be authorized.

Salary: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations to deliver safe, timely, high-quality, and cost-effective production.
• Develop operational strategies, set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor manufacturing KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Coach and develop supervisors while leading four Plant Operations Supervisors and a large manufacturing organization.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other functions to improve delivery, lead times, inventory, capacity, and operating costs.
• Lead S&OP activities, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with EHS, quality, regulatory, ISO, TS, GMP, and PSM standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Operations Management.
• At least eight years of manufacturing experience.
• At least three years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience delivering results across safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must provide education and work history through a resume or the application form; U.S. person status may be assessed for export-control compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in a PSM chemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of incident investigations, tier accountability, Lean manufacturing, employee relations, and employee engagement practices.
