Title Service Representative (Automotive)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States; onsite in a typical field office environment

Salary: $17.50 per hour

What you will do

• Review, compile, and process documentation for vehicle title transfers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and prepare them for sale.
• Enter title information into the IAA operating system and maintain customer databases.
• Communicate with customers, vehicle owners, insurers, and internal partners by phone, email, mail, and direct contact.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies, customer questions, complaints, and title-transfer problems.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and salvage title laws and protect confidential customer information.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of state or national title-processing experience.
• Knowledge of title and salvage-title requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to follow established procedures, perform clerical duties, and work under supervisor direction.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
