Automotive Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite at 424 Baypark Drive, Holland, Michigan, United States. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; weekends closed.

Salary: USD 20–23 per hour.

What you will do

• Build relationships with guests and serve as a community ambassador for the location.
• Check guests in and out, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments.
• Provide safe shuttle service in the branded vehicle.
• Learn and support automotive repair service terminology and processes.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing parts and complete errands as needed.
• Support clerical work, including accounts receivable, filing, and other guest service activities.

Requirements

• Successful customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Valid state driver's license and an insurance-eligible driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and accept coaching.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and reliably work the Monday-through-Friday schedule.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
