PT Remote Customer Service Representative (Automotive)

Location: 100% remote for U.S. applicants and employees

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour; $18.00–$24.00 per hour for locations in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington

What you will do

• Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pickup details and obtain vehicle release authorizations.
• Communicate with vehicle owners to secure releases, arrange transportation, and coordinate personal-item removal.
• Use the DeCode This tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate vehicle files, notes, and interaction records in company systems.
• Make 65–70+ calls and process 30+ live lots per day while meeting performance goals.
• Attend weekly Teams meetings, follow company policies, and support teammates with additional tasks.

Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in phone-based customer service.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM, basic 10-key familiarity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace and professional virtual appearance; occasional overtime required.
