Senior Salesforce Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote; hiring in Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, and Montenegro.

What you will do

• Design and develop complex applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Own features from requirements clarification through production release.
• Work directly with clients to understand challenges and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Use agentic coding tools as a standard part of daily software development.
• Collaborate with business-oriented stakeholders to clarify user stories and align on objectives.
• Own the test suite, assess AI-generated coverage, and add missing tests.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building complex Salesforce applications for production users.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and Salesforce development best practices.
• Daily experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents, or an equivalent stack.
• English proficiency at B2 or above and the ability to communicate clearly in fast-paced discussions.
• Strong experience writing and maintaining unit tests through frequent releases.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical product stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience developing applications for AgentExchange, formerly AppExchange.
• Experience developing applications in React.
• Claude certifications.
• Salesforce certifications.
