Senior Salesforce Engineer (AI-Native Development)

What you will do

• Use agentic coding tools throughout requirements, design, development, testing, and review.
• Design and develop complex applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Own features from requirements clarification through production release.
• Interface directly with customers as the technical voice during solution design.
• Collaborate with business-oriented stakeholders to clarify user stories and align on objectives.
• Own the test suite, review AI-generated coverage, and add tests for missed cases.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building complex Salesforce applications for real production users.
• Daily hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents, or an equivalent AI tooling stack.
• Ability to identify unsafe, incorrect, or over-engineered generated solutions and correct them.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and Salesforce development best practices.
• Experience writing and maintaining reliable unit tests through frequent releases.
• English at B2 level or above is required for daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience developing applications for AgentExchange, formerly AppExchange.
• React application development experience.
• Claude certifications.
• Salesforce certifications.
