Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; work from home is available two days per week with regular office engagement.

What you will do

• Own the Health Care CRM platform by building new features and enhancing existing capabilities.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for system enhancements.
• Contribute to the architecture, optimization, integration, and migration planning of the core CRM platform.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions, lead code reviews, and define software engineering best practices.
• Deliver products and features that improve tools for sales, brand, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
• Clear and effective technical communication skills.
• Agreement to employment exclusively through an Umowa o Pracę full-time employment contract.

• Veeva knowledge.
