Salary: $129,300–$172,300 annually

What you will do
- Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data360, Agentforce, and supporting enterprise technologies.
- Lead complex technical initiatives from solution design through deployment, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build data-driven automation and integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, AI services, APIs, and external data sources.
- Develop agentic business solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, and approved enterprise AI technologies.
- Apply configuration-before-code principles, reusable design patterns, secure coding, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Security, Data, Sales, and other business teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering, application development, or related technical experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- Significant hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions.
- Strong proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, declarative automation, integrations, security models, and platform data architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, cloud services, authentication protocols, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing AI-powered solutions with Agentforce, Data360, or other enterprise AI technologies, including AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, data modeling, testing, debugging, source control, CI/CD, secure coding, release management, and Agile delivery.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Engineer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, Data360, Agentforce, AI Associate, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, or enterprise communication technologies.
