Salesforce Technical Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Warsaw Plant & Go, Poland; hybrid work with two days per week from home

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce features supporting Store Development organizations worldwide.
• Lead development teams within multifunctional teams and collaborate with senior developers and product managers.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning components, Salesforce configuration tools, and multi-cloud integrations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and the CI/CD setup.
• Apply coding, testing, deployment, and AI-driven improvement best practices.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Practical experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX, GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps tools, and agile environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with integrations or external API usage.
