What you will do

• Support assigned procurement categories and projects end-to-end, from intake and scope clarification through completion.
• Analyse spend, supplier, and process data to identify savings opportunities, compliance gaps, and operational efficiencies.
• Track stakeholder requests, provide status updates and ETAs, and escalate risks or blockers.
• Support sourcing and contracting activities, including RFx administration, bid-tab preparation, supplier communication, and documentation.
• Track supplier KPIs, issues, and corrective actions, and summarize insights for category managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement systems, supplier data, contract repositories, standard operating procedures, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing spend and interpreting data.
• Experience with procurement or ERP tools; Ariba or SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, business communication, ownership, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
