Logistics Operations (EMEA)

Location: Bangalore, India; working hours are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

What you will do

• Track daily transportation shipments to ensure timely and accurate service-parts delivery.
• Monitor shipment performance, manage escalations, document delays and rerouting, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate operational processes with outsourced logistics providers and internal supply chain, planning, trade compliance, and regional operations teams.
• Support vendor management, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain shipment, carrier, and cargo-status information, including during holidays and unexpected events.
• Contribute to transportation strategy, process optimization, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, shipping, carrier management, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and spoken English for shipment updates and tracking.
• Working knowledge of international shipping workflows, shipping documentation, and document integrity.
• Experience with web and Excel tools, process management, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in Mandarin, German, Korean, or Japanese.
