Lead SIOP Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Participate in the SIOP process and complete supply review inputs and outputs on time.
• Support demand planning through forecast reviews, ERP updates, and requirements for factories and third-party suppliers.
• Track delivery performance, days ihirify.globalory on hand, excess and obsolete ihirify.globalory, and unmet demand.
• Coordinate ihirify.globalory planning, optimize stock profiles, and perform safety stock and ABC calculations.
• Maintain planning parameter integrity in M3 or SAP and support alignment with business intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with customer service, suppliers, and internal departments on logistics projects and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably M3 or SAP, and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, planning, self-organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
