What you will do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory, logistics, and transportation data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for logistics and materials management processes.
- Recommend data-driven process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations, and automate reporting for operational decision-making.
- Maintain logistics and materials management data quality and consistency to support process automation.
- Monitor ERP process deviations and use AI tools and techniques to improve reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or transportation industry analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP modules such as Infor LN or SAP, as well as WMS and TMS systems.
- Experience with AI tools and techniques for reporting and analytics.
