What you will do
- Establish the Procurement Operations Center of Excellence in Hyderabad in partnership with colleagues at Los Angeles headquarters.
- Operate the ServiceNow intake queue for purchasing and purchase-order requests, including triage, execution, tracking, and escalation.
- Validate purchase-order coding and information, route approvals, and resolve purchase order, receipt, and invoice mismatches.
- Maintain the equipment asset register through acquisition, transfer, and disposal, and reconcile records against purchasing documentation.
- Administer procurement service catalogs, workflows, SLAs, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
- Identify process, system, cycle-time, control, and data-quality improvements while partnering with sourcing managers and platform owners.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience in financial services or an analogous regulated industry.
- Experience in global, federated, or multi-entity procurement environments, including hands-on procure-to-pay and buying operations.
- Experience with RFX processes, vendor-provided products and services, and decision support for internal customers.
- Working knowledge of ERP-based purchase orders, such as Workday, and ticket-based intake platforms, such as ServiceNow.
- 2–5 years of asset management experience and practical three-way match experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with strong analytical, reporting, communication, data-quality, and process-discipline skills.
