What you will do
- Lead Supply Chain Management and MRP implementation projects for manufacturing clients.
- Deploy the proprietary Workday MRP solution across solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Gather requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Advise clients on manufacturing, production planning, inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, client communications, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
- Strong understanding of MRP, manufacturing operations, inventory, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Experience leading ERP or supply chain implementations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
- Full-time work at the Gurgaon location.
Nice to have
- Workday experience.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, QAD, or similar ERP platforms.
