Marketing Specialist (AEC)

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Manage marketing data, resources, and content.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, special events, and client engagement activities.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines while supporting firm growth and client success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
