Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) - Portland

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite customer service role

Salary: $22.50 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers by phone and, as needed, through chat and email.
• Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations.
• Answer and place calls professionally while working toward first-call resolution.
• Gather information from company resources and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
• Perform office support functions and other assigned duties.
• Handle occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• High school diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Suite, and proficiency with office equipment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and a professional appearance.

Nice to have

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role.
