Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish)

What you will do

• Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and social media while maintaining a consistent, positive experience.
• Resolve inquiries and problems efficiently, provide accurate information about products and policies, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Use multiple systems and software tools to access customer information, track interactions, and document details accurately.
• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution and meet established service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and interactions.
• Develop product knowledge and customer service skills through training and self-learning.

Requirements

• Full fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience using modern computer systems, software applications, and communication tools.
• Experience resolving conflicts and creating customer satisfaction in difficult situations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, listening, judgment, critical-thinking, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
