Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Location: On-site in Braselton, Georgia, United States; various full-time on-site shifts are available.

Pay: $26–$30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders, handle account inquiries, and make product recommendations using hirify.global’s technology.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hirify.global solutions.
• Help customers navigate the hirify.global website and online ordering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
