Analysis & Reporting (A&R) Training Developers 2 (SIGINT)

Location: San Angelo, Texas, United States; on-site. United States citizenship and a current TS/SCI clearance with an appropriate polygraph are required.

Salary: $30.80–$44.49 per hour, before benefits.

What you will do

• Clarify, document, prioritize, and align operational requirements, training objectives, and material levels.
• Research classified and unclassified SIGINT resources to source authentic language and domain-specific content.
• Develop, document, and update training materials covering transcription, translation, operational exercises, and analysis.
• Collaborate with instructors, SIGINT technical experts, government stakeholders, and contractor developers.
• Use Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premiere to create blended learning experiences.
• Design practical evaluations and recommend learning applications that improve training delivery and student assessment.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph; an in-scope counterintelligence polygraph may be accepted under specified conditions.
• United States citizenship is required by federal contract requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in language, area studies, education, educational technology, instructional systems design, intelligence, or a related field, or four additional years of relevant practical experience.
• At least nine years of experience, including five years in SIGINT or the Intelligence Community as an intelligence analyst.
• At least three years within the last ten years developing, documenting, or updating training materials using instructional systems design principles.
• At least one year within the last four years in instructional systems design, including synchronous and asynchronous adult learning delivered through web-based or distance-learning technologies.
