What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise AI knowledge library's structure, taxonomy, and metadata schema to ensure content discoverability.
• Design role-based AI education curricula and proficiency tiers for both investment and non-investment functions.
• Plan and coordinate live training events, workshops, lunch-and-learns, and use case showcases.
• Track training metrics, completion rates, and user satisfaction using dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Create internal communication campaigns to promote AI capabilities and curate innovative use cases.
• Collaborate with AI Technology teams to align training materials with the product roadmap and new features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, content creation, or program coordination.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or competency frameworks.
• Expertise in information architecture and knowledge management, including taxonomy design and content governance.
• Working fluency with enterprise AI tools, platforms, and governance concepts.
• Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills for presentation design.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY
