AI Training & Education Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 base pay per year, plus potential performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the structure, taxonomy, metadata, templates, and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise AI knowledge library.
• Design role-based AI education curricula and proficiency pathways for investment and non-investment functions.
• Plan and coordinate workshops, lunch-and-learns, office hours, use-case showcases, and AI champion meetings.
• Manage training logistics, registration systems, content calendars, communications, and delivery workflows.
• Track attendance, completion, satisfaction, adoption, and engagement metrics; create dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Develop internal campaigns, success stories, FAQs, troubleshooting resources, and materials supporting AI adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, content creation, or program coordination.
• Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, competency frameworks, or leveled learning pathways.
• Experience in information architecture or knowledge management, including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle governance.
• Working fluency with enterprise AI tools, platforms, and governance concepts, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with learning management systems, content management tools, documentation, training materials, and multimedia content.
